SLM Programming

Single Life Ministries (SLM) runs several programs that equip single Christians with the tools they need to be like Jesus. Through Bible Study, storytelling, socials, and more, we help single Christians live whole, Christ-centered lives in singleness.

  • Bible Study

    We see Jesus’ life as the blueprint for how to live the single years well. Beginning with the book of Luke, we are navigating the Scriptures, learning how Jesus lived and applying those principles to our lives. 

    Beginning Tuesday, September 22, you can join us every second and fourth Tuesday from 7:00 - 8:30 pm

  • Socials

    Jesus hung out. Over and over in the scriptures, we see Jesus interacting with His disciples, friends, and the broader community. He spoke to people and listened to them. At SLM, we are creating space for single Christians to do the same. On a bimonthly basis (every other month) we gather single Christians for the purposes of networking, community building, and connection. 

    From museum visits to trips to the zoo, we are outside, hanging out, and building community in a pressure free environment.

  • Come Tell A Story (CTAS)

    You have a story because God gave you one. 

    Come Tell A Story is a live storytelling platform that amplifies the voices of single Christians. Four times a year, storytellers of various backgrounds and ages will share true, on-theme, family-friendly stories inspired by the theme of the night. 

    Audience members will enjoy a 90-minute storytelling program that includes a 25 - 30 minute talk back.

    Whether you are never married, divorced, widowed, have children, no children, have a strong desire for marriage or are blessed with the gift of singleness, there is space for your story here. We are discussing the highs, lows, sorrows, and benefits associated with the single life.

  • CTAS: Digital Stories

    Mirroring the work of our live storytelling series. CTAS: Digital stories amplifies the stories of single Christians all over the country. Each quarter, a storyteller is invited to share a true, on-theme, family-friendly story inspired by the theme of the night.

  • Community Service

    Jesus served. When we observe the life of Jesus we see Him meeting people's current needs. We partner with local food kitchens to prepare meals, distribute groceries, and care for our neighbors.
